These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") set out the conditions of use for the services (hereinafter referred to as "these Services") provided on this EC site by iBelieve WaterSystem Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our company").

Registered members (hereinafter referred to as "Members") must use this service in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Article 2 (User Registration)

Members may not, under any circumstances, transfer or lend their member ID and password to a third party.

If a member ID and password combination matches the registered information and is used to log in, we will consider that the member who registered the member ID is using the service.

Article 4 (Purchase price and payment method)
When a Member makes a purchase through this Service, the Member shall pay the purchase price displayed on this Website by the method designated by the Company.

Article 5 (Prohibitions)
When using this service, Members are prohibited from engaging in the following acts.
(1) Any act that violates laws, regulations, or public order and morals. (2) Any act related to criminal activities. (3) Any act that destroys or interferes with the functioning of our servers or networks. (4) Any act that may interfere with the operation of our services. (5) Any act that collects or stores personal information about other members. (6) Any act of impersonating another member. (7) Any act that directly or indirectly provides benefits to anti-social forces in relation to our services. (8) Any other act that our company deems inappropriate.

Article 6 (Suspension of provision of the Service, etc.)

Article 7 (Restrictions on Use and Cancellation of Registration)
In the following cases, we may restrict a Member's use of all or part of the Service or cancel the Member's registration without prior notice.
(1) If you violate any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions. (2) If it is discovered that there is a false statement in the registration information. (3) If the Company otherwise determines that your use of the Service is inappropriate. The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by you as a result of any action taken by the Company pursuant to this Article.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)
Our liability for breach of contract shall be exempted if such breach is not due to our willful misconduct or gross negligence.
The Company shall not be liable for any transactions, communications, or disputes that arise between a Member and other Members or third parties in connection with the Service.

Article 10 (Changes to Terms of Use)

Article 12 (Prohibition of Transfer of Rights and Obligations)

Article 13 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

The interpretation of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Japanese law.
In the event of a dispute regarding the Service, the court having jurisdiction over our head office location shall be the exclusive jurisdiction.
